Opening Account Transactions


You can execute transactions via the 3 following channels :

  1. XSpring AM Asset Management's Investment Consultant
  2. he authorized selling agent with whom you open your fund account.
  3. Online Service (Streaming for Fund Mobile Application)
  4. All the signed form (Subscription Form Redemption Form or Switching Form must be submitted by 1.00 p.m. or 3.30 p.m. for the redemption order (please see fund feature for details). Download Mutual Funds Forms

Subscriptions

  1. Minimum subscription order varies. Please check the prospectus summary for the exact amount before investing.
  2. If you pay by cheque, please make it payable to the name of the fund i.e. "XSpring AM Cash Management Fund" or “XSpring AM Asset Subscription Account”. Be sure to pay the cheque by the clearing cut-off time (i.e. around 1:30 p.m. in Bangkok's central areas).
  3. If you would like to transfer your fund to our subscription accounts, please call our Investment Consultant for details at 02-030-3730.
  4. You will receive Confirmation Note and Statement of Unit Trust Holdings monthly (quarterly, for LTF/RMF unitholders)
  5. You may choose to receive passbook instead of Confirmation Note and Statement of Unit Trust Holdings
  6. Minimum redemption order varies. Please check the prospectus summary for the exact amount before redeeming.
  7. In case your redemption order results in your unit balance being less than the minimum units, XSpring AM Asset Management reserves the right to redeem all the remaining units. Each fund is different for the minimum units, please see the prospectus summary for the exact amount.
  8. There is different schedule on redemption proceeds for each fund. Please check the prospectus summary for details.

Redemption

  1. Fill out the Redemption Order Form and sign at block "Signature of Unitholder or Legal Representative" (In case unitholder is under 20 years, signature of father or mother is required )
  2. Deliver all above documents to the XSpring Asset Management Co.,Ltd. or the selling agents by hand yourself or E-mail- [email protected] Tel.02-030-3730 (deliver the original order within 7 days) from 8:30am to 3:30pm.
  3. Receive redemption proceeds.Money transfer to bank account specified in Account Opening Form ; or Cheque under the unitholder's name or Unitholder will receive redemption proceeds at the date indicated in Fund Prospectus.

Switchings

  1. A switching is a redemption of one fund to subscribe to another fund that does not require investors to receive the cash payment of the first fund for paying out again.
  2. Minimum switching order varies. Please check the prospectus summary for the exact amount before switching.
  3. In case your switching order results in your unit balance is less than the minimum requirement, XSpring AM Asset Management reserves the right to switch all the remaining units. Each minimum unit balance requirement varies, please check the prospectus summary for the exact amount.
